missing bathrobe slippery floor

I was told bathrobes and slippers would be in my room for the spa. I even called to confirm this! sadly, upon arrival, i learned my room did not include these. as a result, i had to brave the spa barefoot, not only unpleasant because the floor was cold but also felt quite dangerous. i think some hotels need to consider these things more!

the location is fantastic , a short walk from the train station. the staff sorted my bags before check-in, which allowed me to explore. i found the deep bath very relaxing.

fresh water spacious room

The pool was very clean with fresh water (it was not heavily chlorinated). I found the beds very comfy. The room was also spacious, well appointed, and featured a nicely designed bathroom with a power shower. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and its plentiful options.

THE location IS amazing. I checked in early, and it was easy. The room had complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks, a NICE touch. I dined in the restaurant. The food was great.

The gym was closed for a private event. I found it slightly inconvenient.

the shower was superb and easy to use i asked for extras like cake for a birthday and the staff delivered the bedsheets had a high thread count it made the stay itself worthwhile the proximity to the train station was convenient no long walks were necessary
